We are Cathy and Rich. We have been landlords for the past 15 years and apart from one six month period have self managed the whole time. Cathy manages the properties and the tenants whilst Rich is a Design Manager on multi million pound building projects around the UK working with many construction companies, from the big players through to smaller niche ones. Along the way he has also worked with clients on new build houses, commercial to residential conversions and house extensions amongst other things!

We both have a longstanding passion for property and believe that regardless of age, income or circumstance everyone deserves a comfortable, warm and safe place to live. With this in mind we always strive to provide well designed homes at an affordable price.
